Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://homeinspectionkendall.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Safe Point Inspections markets and arranges Home Inspection, Property Inspection, Residential Inspection, House Inspection, Home Inspection Services, Certified Home Inspection, Real Estate Inspection, Home Inspections. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. Safe Point Inspections (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
No Warranties. Safe Point Inspections disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safe Point Inspections's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Safe Point Inspections in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Safe Point Inspections against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Choice of Law. FL law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of FL, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
